Fellowship At Centre

A mission of Centre Church is to be a congregation that is joyful, loving, and caring. We are a family of God and He has brought us together, as a family, to share our common joys, sorrows, love, worship, and faith.

Centre provides a variety of ways for fellowship among members and friends. These get-togethers offer more relaxed settings that encourage friendships to grow – and, best of all, they are FUN! In addition to the events planned by our various organizations, our Fellowship Committee holds activities throughout the year to give everyone the opportunity to get to know one other so that our mission can be achieved.

Activities

Just some of our recent activities that brought Centre friends and families together included:

• After-church refreshments – occasional Sundays
• Annual Fellowship Supper—every November
• Aberdeen Ironbirds Baseball Game Outing
• Christmas caroling to shut-ins in the area
• Barbeque and picnic following outdoor summer Sunday service
• Annual Mother and Daughter Banquet
• Adopt-A-Highway – Clean up of the highway near the church – four times a year on a Saturday morning
• Annual Golf Outing
• Annual Ham and Oyster Supper
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt
• Crown Biblical Financial Studies
• Harvest Luncheon after church- with children's Halloween costume parade
• Naturalist Jack Hubley program with his animal friends
